If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to every plan — monthly, 1-year and 2-year, with or without AI tools.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order, or email us at telos.strategy@icloud.com and we'll help.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account page. Your access continues until the end of the period you've paid for.
